Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aarvish Consultants follows a transparent and fair refund policy in line with standard payment gateway and regulatory guidelines.

1) Service-Based Payments

  • Fees paid for consulting, advisory, sourcing, or facilitation services are generally nonrefundable once the service has been initiated
  •  In cases where services have not commenced, refund requests may be considered on a
    case-by-case basis

2) Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical error
  • Payment received but service not delivered due to reasons attributable to Aarvish Consultants

Data Protection

  • All sensitive payment information is processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
  •  Aarvish Consultants does not store card details, CVV numbers, or banking passwords
  • Reasonable security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access

3) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of decision by the client after service initiation
  • Delays or failures caused by third parties, suppliers, logistics providers, or regulatory authorities
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

4) Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only
  •  Refund processing timelines typically range between 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway and banking norms

Cancellation

Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email before service initiation. Aarvish Consultants reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the nature of services.
